Abstract

|
The 'Immunization Registry Information System' has been created in the Republic of Korea since 2002, to keep and to manage immunization records, effectively. Through this, the Center for Infectious Disease Control) (CDC) developed the ‘Immunization Registry Information System’. This article described the errors in the registered immunization data and quality control and monitoring system of the immunization records.
